What this notice covers
This site is a charter quote service for private jet charter in San Francisco. When you send us a trip request, you are asking us to price flights and connect you with operators who can fly them. This page explains what we do with the details you give us. It applies to everything submitted through this site and to the calls and emails that follow from it.
One thing worth stating plainly up front: we are a broker and arranger. We do not own aircraft and we do not operate flights. The flights themselves are run by independent operators, and that relationship shapes how your information moves, which is described below.
The information we collect
When you request a quote, we ask for your name, phone number, and email address. We also need the trip details that make a quote possible: where you are flying from and to, your dates, how many passengers are traveling, and anything that affects the aircraft choice, such as baggage, pets, or a preference for a particular cabin size.
We collect this directly from you, whether you fill out the form or call us. We do not buy contact lists, and we do not gather trip details from anywhere other than what you provide or what we discuss with you about your request.
Why we use it
Your contact details exist to get a quote back to you and to answer questions while you decide. Your trip details exist so an operator can judge whether the runway lengths, the weather, and the aircraft performance work for your itinerary. A short hop to Los Angeles and a long transcon to New York price and plan very differently, and the operator needs the specifics to say anything accurate.
We may also contact you about a quote you requested, or about a materially similar option we think is worth comparing. We do not sell your information, and we do not hand it to marketing companies.
Sharing with operators quoting your trip
To get you a real number, we pass your trip details to the operators we are asking to quote it. That may include your name, contact information, and the specifics of the flight, because the operator needs them to price and, if you book, to arrange the trip. Those operators handle your data under their own privacy practices, which we do not control.
We share only with operators we are actively asking to quote your trip. We do not share your details with the wider market, and we do not post your request anywhere. If you would rather we limit the number of operators who see a given request, tell us and we will work within that.
Calls and messages
Calls with our brokers may be recorded for quality and record-keeping. If a call is being recorded, we tell you at the start, and you can ask us to stop or to proceed without recording. Recordings are not a condition of getting a quote.
We also keep email and text correspondence tied to your request. That is how we track what was promised, what an operator confirmed, and what is still open.
How long we keep it
We keep quote requests and related correspondence for as long as we need them to serve you and to keep reasonable business records, then we delete or anonymize them. If you ask us to delete your information, we will do so, though we may need to retain certain records where a legal or accounting obligation requires it.
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to stop contacting you. We will honor the request within a reasonable time, and we will confirm once it is done.
